Hello,
I have been using your syringes for a year now and love them. I have waited to say anything because I didn't know if it would be a persistent issue but every box I order I get about 10-15 syringes that are NOT usable. They suction forward even after taking plunger out and placing it back in and/or they do not suction tox at all and nothing comes into the syringe. Are you able to ship me one complimentary box to make up for all the bad ones over the last year and orders? They are expensive and I am loosing money and I really love the product. I did a head-to-head comparison between your product and comfortox and your product is good. far better than insulin syringes at staying sharp and accuracy of dosing with standard dilution. However, it’s more expensive than comfortox and not superior to their product. That’s where you list a star- price
